School Registration Begins June 2, 2025
For your student to attend class:
- Annual school registration must be completed.
- Current residency must be on file.
- Immunizations must be up-to-date and verified.
The first day of class is Wednesday, August 13, 2025
Know Before You Register
Families must complete the registration process to attend the first day of school on August 13, 2025. Additional documentation might be required to process your registration; please have one of the following original documents ready to upload when you begin the process:
- Current utility bill (gas, water or electricity) in the name of a parent/legal guardian.
- Current lease or mortgage in the name of parent/legal guardian.
- Current property tax bill in the name of parent/legal guardian.
Freshman and Transfer Students
- All freshman and transfer students must provide their original birth certificate.
Health Requirements
Seniors
- All students entering 12th grade must submit proof of an up-to-date Meningococcal vaccination to the nurse’s office prior to attending school.
Freshman and Transfer Students
- All freshman and transfer students must submit their current school physical with a record of up-to-date immunizations to the nurse’s office prior to attending school.
- All 9th grade students must submit a State of Illinois Proof of School Dental Examination Form that is dated on or after November 15th, 2024.
- Certificate of Child Health Examination
District 214 has a first-day exclusion policy. All students must be in compliance with the required physical examination and immunizations prior to the first day of school attendance.
How to Register
Online
- May 30, 2025: Last Day of the 2024-2025 School Year.
In-person
- Beginning June 2, 2025, log in to your school's website. On the homepage, under announcements, you will find an active link to click on and register.
- School staff members will be available at ALL schools to assist parents/guardians during in-registration on the following days:
Summer Hours (staff in buildings)
- Monday – Thursdays: 7:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.
- Buildings are closed: All Fridays
- Thursday, June 19, 2025
Fee Waiver and Free/Reduced Priced Lunch Information- Applications for Fee Waivers are accepted beginning June 2025.
