Frank Fiarito, a Mount Prospect resident of 24 years, was elected to the District 214 School Board in April of 2023. He and his wife, Christine, are the parents of three children, all of whom currently attend or have attended John Hersey High School.

Fiarito brings much school board experience to the role, having served for twelve years on the River Trails School District 26 Board. He served as District 26 Board President from 2017 through 2021 and, in 2014, was designated as a Master Board Member by the Illinois Association of School Boards. In addition, he has served eight years on the NSSEO board on the Northwest Suburban Special Education Organization (NSSEO) Governing Board.

Fiarito is President of the Northern Illinois Men’s Amateur Golf Association and is a member of the NIMAGA Board. Fiarito has been involved in various volunteer roles supporting public schools and community organizations.
