How to make a partial payment for an outstanding balance in the parent portal
- Click the Fees menu
- Find the fee you wish to pay, click Add to Cart, a message will appear confirming it is in the cart.
- Click the My Cart button
- In the amount box, type the amount you wish to pay, the minimum amount allowed is $5.00
- Add a payment method
- Enter an email and submit payment.
- Confirm and wait to see a confirmation message and the payment reference number

How to set up recurring payments for an outstanding balance in the parent portal
- Click the Fees menu
- Click the button that says "My Accounts"
- On the next screen click, Recurring Payments
- Find the fee you wish to set up recurring payments for, and click the View button
- Select the frequency of the recurring payment. The system will automatically calculate the payment amount based on the frequency selected.
- If no payment method is configured, click the Add a payment method button.
- Save the recurring payment setup. You will be able to return to the previous screen and see the frequency of the payment
- You can repeat steps 1- 4 to change the frequency of payment or to delete a recurring payment.
