• How to make a partial payment for an outstanding balance in the parent portal

    1. Click the Fees menu
    2. Find the fee you wish to pay, click Add to Cart, a message will appear confirming it is in the cart.
    3. Click the My Cart button
    4. In the amount box, type the amount you wish to pay, the minimum amount allowed is $5.00
    5. Add a payment method
    6. Enter an email and submit payment.
    7. Confirm and wait to see a confirmation message and the payment reference number

    How to set up recurring payments for an outstanding balance in the parent portal

    1. Click the Fees menu
    2. Click the button that says "My Accounts"
    3. On the next screen click, Recurring Payments
    4. Find the fee you wish to set up recurring payments for, and click the View button
    5. Select the frequency of the recurring payment. The system will automatically calculate the payment amount based on the frequency selected.
    6. If no payment method is configured, click the Add a payment method button.
    7. Save the recurring payment setup. You will be able to return to the previous screen and see the frequency of the payment
    8. You can repeat steps 1- 4 to change the frequency of payment or to delete a recurring payment.
