UIC College Readiness
The University of Illinois at Chicago College Readiness program will be running a summer program that teaches high school graduates evidence-based strategies to assist with the transition to college and:
· Improve their organization, time management, notetaking
· Assist students with setting and meeting realistic goals
· Help students learn skills for a healthy “work-life” balance
Though the program is geared towards students with ADHD and executive functioning deficits, all are welcome to enroll. More details on the program components can be found in the attached flyer and at our website (uicADHD.org/succeeds-summer- program). I would greatly appreciate if you could share this with any students or families who may be interested as well as with staff who work with students with ADHD or SEL difficulties.
If you have any questions, please don’t hesitate to reach out! Thank you for your time and consideration.
Best Regards,
