Elk Grove High School's legendary coach, Ken Grams, has become the winningest softball coach in Illinois history with an incredible 1,045 wins. With 44 years of dedication to the game, Coach Grams has been a beloved figure in the community since the school opened in 1966. Not only is he the softball coach, but he’s also the school’s PA announcer, never having missed a single football game. His impact stretches across decades, leaving a lasting legacy on generations of students and fans. Grams was inducted into the Illinois Coaches Association Softball Hall of Fame in 2004.
