Mustang Athletic Boosters
The history of the Boosters is as old as Rolling Meadows High School itself. When RMHS opened, there were nine varsity level boy’s sports teams. Girl’s teams were just being talked about. Today, there are 26 sports, most with both boys and girls leagues, and many with multiple levels of participation. Each season, we have over 400 students actively participating in the sports program.
The Rolling Meadows Athletic Booster program is recognized by the IRS as a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization. As a result, any donations you make to the organization are tax deductible to the extent allowed by law and IRS regulations. Please consult your tax advisor for further information.
MissionThe Boosters are dedicated to aiding in the development of all athletic activities of the school for the benefit of the students, the athletes, the school and the community; to create public awareness of the school’s athletic activities and to promote good sportsmanship on the part of the participants and spectators. We do this in a variety of ways, from fundraising to sponsoring events like Sports Awards Nights, the Senior Banquet and Homecoming activities.
Accomplishments
Rolling Meadows Boosters has been responsible for raising over $250k over the last 9 years. Our funds have helped all 26 teams, with over 100 items being purchased from scoreboards to golf bags. Our Athletic Boosters also contribute a percent of funds every year to our Post Prom event. We have donated at least $5k to this event each of the last 9 years, with our most successful years approaching $10k.
How You Can Help

RMHS Music and Theatre Boosters
The RMHS Music Boosters is an all-volunteer organization comprised of parents, faculty, and friends whose purpose is to support the instrumental, vocal, and theatre programs at Rolling Meadows High School.
The Rolling Meadows Music Boosters is recognized by the IRS as a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization. As a result, any donations you make to the organization are tax deductible to the extent allowed by law and IRS regulations. Please consult your tax advisor for further information.
We discuss and organize fundraising activities that support the marching band, color guard, symphonic, concert, jazz bands, choir, orchestra, and theatre programs.
Our Music Booster voting members, per our bylaws, are all parents/guardians of a member of any of our groups in band, orchestra, theatre and/or choral. Anyone can be a Music Booster Supporter - and we welcome donations to help continue to support our students throughout the year!
We help at every music event sponsored by RMHS (and even some others, such as parades) and other events promoted by our groups!
We are always interested in hearing new ideas from parents with students in the Music Program. We also welcome any new fundraising ideas where students can raise money to finance their music camps and trips.
