Vehicles Available:

• We have 5 white buses that fit 14 passengers, 1 driver.
• We have a van and suburban that fit 7 passengers, 1 driver.

How to Reserve a Vehicle:

• Step One: 
  • Check with Jimmy Voyles about availability.
  • Please know this is an extremely difficult puzzle to manage so there are times where we will have to make changes to move you from a white bus to a yellow or vice versa, so we appreciate your support ahead of time.

• Step Two: 
  • Once you have verified that there are vehicles available, you can make the request using the link to the right.
  • Keys and gas cards will be picked up in the athletic office the day of the event.

• Step Three:
  • PLEASE MAKE SURE THAT THERE IS AT LEAST A 1/2 TANK OF GAS IN THE VEHICLES AT ALL TIMES.
  • Nothing is worse than getting on a bus to get to your location on time and there is not enough gas and now you have to stop and you will be late. 

Due to a large number of requests, it is EXTREMELY IMPORTANT TO LET CAITLIN KNOW IF YOU NO LONGER NEED THE VEHICLE(S).
