The Buffalo Grove Parent Association (BGPA) focuses on enhancing the educational experience of all Buffalo Grove High School students. All BGHS parents, alumni and staff are welcome to join the BGPA. Monthly meetings include Principal Jeff Wardle in attendance and provide the opportunity to learn more about what is happening at BGHS. At these meetings, we also tour different areas of the school to gain more knowledge of all the programs/curricula that BGHS provides. These meetings are an excellent opportunity to ask questions, network with other BG parents and be informed.
 
Join the BGPA Today! Members of the BGPA receive exclusive access to the only electronic student/parent directory on our website and app. BGPA parent members get first-priority volunteer opportunities, such as "Senior Day" activities, coat check for BGHS dances, finals snacks (student appreciation), and teacher-staff appreciation/conference events. Members will receive meeting reminders and volunteer opportunities from Membership Toolkit/SignUpGenius. Enjoy networking opportunities with other parents. Get involved with the school and the BGPA to work together to benefit our students' education and experience at BGHS.

Your membership dues and additional donations go to support many activities, including mini-grants for student organizations*, scholarships, student and teacher appreciation events, homecoming fireworks, and senior day activities. Your dues are very important in order to continue these activities for our students and teachers!
 
Additionally, you can support the BGPA by purchasing our reasonably priced BGHS Bison spirit wear and joining us at our monthly Dining for Dollars local restaurant fundraisers. We appreciate this additional support!

Why Join/Why it Matters? Aside from these dues, high school fundraising options are limited to items like spirit wear and dining for dollars. Funding has significantly decreased over the past few years, making your assistance crucial. We need your support; your support will help the BGPA fulfill its mission: to strengthen education and support for our BGHS students-your child.
