Art Club
Art Club brings students together through art. Students choose activities both inside and outside of the regular art class curriculum, based on the interests of the current group. Sometimes we practice traditional art methods such as drawing, painting and sculpture, and some weeks that activities are more contemporary, such as tie-dye, Shrinky Dinks and metal stamping.

Asian Student Association
The Asian Student Association aims to create a friendly and supportive environment where Prospect students who identify as Asian-American can connect and share unique cultural experiences. Associated Student Body (ASB)
Associated Student Body, or ASB, is Prospect High School's student government with the mission to "make moments matter." We are one group with five sub groups for students to get involved in depending on their passion and interests; event planning, public relations, service, character development, and spirit.

Barbell Club
The Prospect Barbell Club aims to get any student interested in strength sports and lifelong physical activity through weight lifting involved here at PHS. Students will be given the opportunity to learn about the sports of powerlifting and weightlifting and their rules, etiquette, and technique associated with each sport, as well as, given a community of like-minded students to train alongside. This club is open to any student who is interested in either sport or simply being around an environment that encourages physical activity through lifting weights.

Best Friends Club
Best Friends Club builds friendships between ALL of our students while improving the quality of life and level of inclusion for a population that is often isolated and excluded. Through their participation, our students are forming meaningful connections with their peers, gain self-confidence and self-esteem, and share interests, experiences and activities with their peers and staff. Monthly events and outings such as bowling, pumpkin decorating, Movie Night are planned.

Board Game Club (Michael Higdon)
The world of board games extends beyond Monopoly, Risk, and Checkers. Book Bites
Books Bites is a friendly and accepting social group of readers who discuss a variety of books and topics. All students are welcome. Book Bites meets twice a month after school on Tuesdays in the KLC. We look forward to meeting you and hearing about your favorite books!

Cartoon Club members view, discuss, and create cartoons. We have a particular emphasis on classic cartoons but are open to anime and modern works as well.

Providing an environment for students to explore programming and program development, teaching code while allowing for group interaction. Digital Art Club

Eastern European Club is a club created to support Prospect’s Eastern European student population. Students from all Easten European countries are welcome to join us, as well as students who want to learn more about Eastern European culture.Contacts: -
Ebony Club
Ebony Club focuses on African American culture, history, and community service. The meetings promote cultural awareness and the connection between African American and other world cultures. Discussions also include current events, social skills needed for success, and college admission information. In February, the club produces a number of African American History Month events. The purpose of the Ebony Club is to explore, reinforce, and celebrate the African American heritage, culture and historical contributions. The club is open to all Prospect students who are interested in learning more about the history, traditions, and customs of African Americans.

Every Knight Advisors
Every Knight Advisors gives the opportunity for students and the principal of Prospect High School to meet and discuss topics and issues regarding the school. The group typically meets 4 times a year during lunch periods and pizza is provided.

Greek club is a cultural club where we immerse ourselves in the Greek and Mediterranean culture. We plan on making Greek and Mediterranean food and participating in various volunteer experiences within our great community. The GSA club is group of Prospect students working to support tolerance of young people in the gay, lesbian, bisexual and trans-gender community. Knights Crochet Club (Elizabeth Joiner)
Knights for Crochet Club will give students a chance to relax and do a fun activity after school with friends. Latino Baile
Latino Baile aims to promote cultural awareness and appreciation of Latin dance styles among students. The club provides a welcoming environment for students to learn and practice various Latin dances, such as salsa, bachata, merengue, and more. Through dance, Latino Baile fosters teamwork, confidence, and a deeper understanding of Latin heritage. Latino Baile seeks to enhance the school community by celebrating diversity and offering a creative outlet for students.

The Middle Eastern/North African (MENA) club at Prospect celebrates the rich and diverse cultural heritage of the MENA region through engaging activities and educational events. Students explore traditional arts, music, cuisine, and history while fostering intercultural understanding and appreciation. By promoting cultural awareness and dialogue, the club creates an inclusive environment where all students can learn from and connect with the vibrant traditions of the MENA community! National Honor Society
Each August, the Prospect Registrar will share a list of all eligible juniors and seniors with the NHS Sponsor. All students with a minimum weighted GPA of 3.8 or above will be invited to apply for membership in the Accolade Chapter of the National Honor Society at Prospect.
Each student must complete an extensive application, including an essay, 10 hours of community service, and two teacher references. In addition, students must uphold the four pillars of NHS throughout their time at Prospect: scholarship, community service, character, and leadership.

Operation Snowball
Operation Snowball (OSB) is a club and event that gives Prospect students an opportunity to make a positive impact at school. Student leaders are selected to lead small groups during the retreat that they prepare for throughout the school year. All Prospect students are welcome to participate in the retreat, which is a one-day club/event.

For over 50 years Roundtable has celebrated original art, literature and music created by Prospect students. Roundtable offers a place for creative writing time and interaction, feedback, learning about and from creative writers. Spanish Club
Spanish Club provides opportunities for students of all Spanish levels/interest levels to experience and learn about the Hispanic culture in a fun way. Students will participate in various cultural activities: making/trying authentic food, learning about celebrations, watching fine arts performances, volunteering, and partaking in a trivia contest. Student Athletic Training Aides
Students in this activity are taught many aspects of prevention, treatment, first aid and rehabilitation of injuries to assist our high school athletes. The students’ experiences to assist them in deciding whether to enter a career in the medicine and sports training professions.

Theater Angels work in a variety of positions to support the theater by selling concessions and become ushers for shows including an evening of one-acts. The theater department has 3 seasons (fall, winter and spring productions). Students do not need to participate in all three.

World Language National Honor Society
World Language National Honor Society provides a platform to recognize students’ World Language schievements and promote an interest in their respective cultures.
