All students receive a period of ESL reading and a period of ESL writing. The curriculum for the two classes is intertwined, ensuring that students have ample opportunities to further develop their skills in reading, writing, speaking and listening. As the International Newcomer Academy provides services for students during their first year in District 214 only, there are no year-to-year sequences for courses.
