The phrase, “we appreciate you,” is often used as an expression of kindness. It’s critical that our daily actions support these words.  It’s also important that we appreciate each other as professional colleagues.  Schools are complex organizations; it’s possible that someone has disrespected or hurt us in the past.  Our present conditions call for widespread grace, perhaps this is that opportunity! This Staff Appreciation Week is dedicated to our staff for thier years of commitment and service.
