Buffalo Grove High School hosted the District's first “Everyday is Black History” celebration. All District 214 Ebony Clubs and Black Student Unions participated to honor African American history and their continued legacy. Award-winning educator and activist Ernest Crim III served as the keynote speaker. The program also featured Chicago native and acclaimed poet, Moe-Mentum.
