Site Visits for Educators

Thank you for your interest in visiting District 214 to learn more about how we’re implementing Redefining Ready!, a nationwide initiative to ensure that our nation’s 14 million high school students are college ready, career ready and life ready.

We host several site visits throughout the course of the school year on scheduled dates. Please see the list of upcoming site visit dates below. Once we have reached capacity for a site visit, we put interested parties on a waiting list and offer them a spot for our next scheduled site visit.

Site visits are a full day, typically from 8:30 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. The visit begins at our district office and includes a visit to one of our schools. There is a cost of $75 per attendee for our site visits.  This fee covers the cost of lunch, snacks and beverages, printed materials and bus transportation between our buildings (you will need to provide your own transportation to and from our district office at the start and end of the day).
