Technology Services and Support

  • Help desk staff will be available for remote assistance Monday-Friday, 7:00-3:30. Our team will be providing remote support to students and staff. See below for the details:

    iPad and Laptop Repairs

    • We will continue to offer iPad repairs and laptop repairs on an appointment basis for students and staff.
    • A spare device will be set up in advance to complete a quick swap at Door 1 of the building.
    • Appointments must be set in advance.

    Zoom

    • Zoom has been deployed to all student devices and is a website as well.  
    • Access the Zoom website HERE.
    • The app is also in the Self Service App if it does not download automatically.
    • If a student reports they still cannot find the app, they will need to email rmhshelpdesk@d214.org. This is usually a quick fix.

    Parental Control

    • Check your internet providers on restricting time and content of devices. 
    • Supervision is still important to monitor your child’s activities for safety and academic success.
